K&K Builders is proud to service central Ohio's winterization needs. Below is all of the costs associated with our winterization services.

Cost and ordering information for home winterizations 2009/2010

Total:
1.) Cost of winterization and de-winterization any home total cost. $175.00

Includes:
• Drain all water lines
• Shut water off in basement or main shut off
• Drain hot water tanks and storage tanks
• Install non-toxic antifreeze in all drains and traps
• Tag all items in every home (K&K will supply tags)
• Tape toilet lids down
• Turn water back on at the end of season (clients must order the turn on)
• Repair any new leaks caused by winterization at the end of season
**Irrigation system is NOT INCLUDED in this cost**
(We warranty every fitting in home unless otherwise stated at time home is winterized)

**PLEASE NOTE** All winterizations will be completed within 48 hours of notification (with the exception of Saturday and Sunday).
**There will be an additional $50 fee if the winterization or de-winterization is considered to be an emergency and needs to be done immediately(for no heat, showings, closings or inspections).
** 4 bathroom MAX / NO outbuildings ($15.00 per additional bath)

2.) The use of street key to turn water on or off at street. $20.00
3.) Cost to turn water on and off for inspection and re-winterize. $100.00
4.) Turn water back on in home not winterized by K&K. $100.00
(*Plus any repairs needed)
5.) Turn water on at any house K&K did winterize. $100.00
(After the season ends, May 1st of that year)
6.) Check-out heating system and install new filter. $25.00
(*Cost is per heating system) (*Some filter types may be an additional charge)
7.) K&K offers snow removal at the average rate of $50/per driveway. $50.00
8.) We can winterize irrigation systems but do NOT unless we are specifically asked to winterize it. Average rate to winterize irrigation system. $100.00
